Peony A. B. Franklin GM   (Franklin 1928) Peony A.B. Franklin is a large, double blush peony that is fragrant. When the flower first opens it is a bright blush pink and then changes to a white, very lovely flower of beautiful form. Developed by Mr. Franklin in Minnesota. Peony Buckeye Belle GM/ALM   (Mains 1956) American Peony Society Gold Medal and Award of Landscape Merit Winner! Peony Buckeye Belle always amazes people with it's deep mahogany, black-red, cup shaped semi-double flowers. It is a wonderful hybrid blooming very early. The cup shape holds a center of gold to accent the dark flower petals. Top notch cut flower and very nice foliage all season long. Peony Burma Ruby GM/ALM   (Glasscock 1951) Peony Burma Ruby is highly awarded with both the APS Gold Medal and Award of Landscape Merit! Many years ago our friends brought this peony to our attention in their garden and it has been a long time favorite ever since. APS Gold Medal Winner! Peony Mahogany ALM   (Glasscock 1937) Peony Mahogany is a wonderful Glasscock Hybrid that has a Japanese form that looks like a single but with out any pollen, large cup shaped deep mahogany red flowers very early in the peony bloom season. Sweetly fragrant flowers are held on strong 28- 30" stems. The lighter markings on the out side of the petals become more prominent as the flower ages and the bloom becomes bigger. Light green foliage. Sought after by collectors it is noted for it‘s pale green-gold foliage in the spring. Plant in full sun in a well drained soil. Week 4 bloom date rating.
