Online Ordering Instructions and Shipping Information for Bare Root Peonies Ordering online is easy with our secure ordering system. Just complete the process and your plants are reserved for you. Payment is processed at the time of order placement to reserve your plants. Once you have placed your order(s) you can relax and dream about your new peonies that will arrive at the proper time for planting mid-September through mid-October. Peony orders are shipped in the order received. Fresh Dug Bare Root Peonies ship from Mid-September - Mid-October which is the proper time for planting.

Alaska Orders Special Handling Charge If you are ordering peonies to be shipped to Alaska you must include an additional, separate handling/shipping charge. Simply add the Alaska Orders Special Handling Charge to your order just like an item. Alaska orders will go out in the first batches to be shipped if you will be so kind as to let us receive your order by August 15th. $10.00 [Add to Cart]

Mailed In Orders We welcome mailed in orders for those customers who prefer to send a postal money order or bank cashiers check made out to Hidden Springs Flower Farm through the US Mail. Please follow these instructions carefully. 1.) Select the plants you are interested in ordering. 2.)Fill in your ordering information completely including zip code on the checkout page. 3.)Press the recalculate button. 4.)Print out the order page before going all the way through the process(be sure to enter your zip code and press the recalculate button to ensure the proper shipping charges and taxes are applied). 5.)Be sure and include your phone number and an e-mail address where you can be reached to allow us to send you a note confirming your order. 6.)Mail your order within 24 hours of printing it out to ensure the items are not sold out before your order reaches us. Send the order with a U. S. Postal Money Order or Bank Cashiers Check made out to Hidden Springs Flower Farm to our office address: Hidden Springs Flower Farm 813 Elm St. Anoka, MN 55303-2823. Your order will be processed by hand and confirmed by e-mail. We must have a daytime phone number to process your order and an e-mail address to contact you. LAST DATE TO ORDER PEONIES BY MAIL FOR 2012 WILL BE AUGUST 15th for Money Orders and Bank Cashiers Checks. Please allow up to 5 days for your order form and payment to arrive if you are mailing it in so that we have it in our office by August 15th. Orders are filled and shipped in the order received. Please remember orders for the current shipping season begin coming in as early as November the previous year. Please see the FAQ page for more information.

Phone OrdersFor those who still like to talk to a live person we are happy to walk you through the order process by phone but you will need to input the information on your computer at home. Please call between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Central (Daylight)time. Please have your list and quantity of desired plants ready and the following information. Name, complete mailing address for both billing and shipping,Visa, Master Card or Discover Card number, expiration date and the CVV number on the back of the card. You will also need your phone number to process your credit card order. Credit cards are processed at the time of ordering to reserve your plants. If we are in the field or driving equipment and unable to take your call please be so kind and leave us a message, with your name, phone number and time zone and the best time to reach you, so that we may get back to you within 24 hours. Since we are a family farm operation we supply all of our own labor and it's tough to hear a phone ring while operating machinery, or pick up the phone when our hands are covered in dirt.
