Mail Order Instructions and Shipping Information for Bare Root Peonies Ordering online is easy with our secure ordering system. Just complete the process and your plants are reserved for you. If you want to add to your original order by placing a second order just let us know in the comment section that it is a repeat order and we will credit your account for $10.00 so that you only pay the packaging and handling fee for items shipped at the same time to the same location. Once you have placed your order(s) you can relax and dream about your new peonies that will arrive at the proper time for planting in mid-September. Peony orders are shipped in early to mid September. WISTERIA ORDERSare shipped in April as unpotted dormant plants and should be ordered separately from peonies, daylilies and iris. PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS WITH A SPILT SHIPPING DATE SHOULD BE SENT IN SEPARATELY AS THEY WILL EACH REQUIRE A BASE PACKING CHARGE. There are three shipping groups as follows and each should be submitted as separate orders unless you wish them all shipped in September. Wisteria ship in April as unpotted dormant plants. Daylilies and Iris orders can be combined and ship in August. Fresh Dug Bare Root Peonies ship in Mid-September. You may combine peonies, dayliles and iris if all are desired to be shipped in September, otherwise they require a separate base shipping charge.

Split Order Shipping Charge When you order wisteria, peonies and daylilies/iris you must include a separate shipping charge as they are shipped at different times of the year based on the best time to establish the plants in your garden. Simply add the Split shipping charge to your order so that you receive your plants on two separate shipping dates. You may have all items shipped in the fall with your bare root peonies to avoid this additional expense if you choose, although we do not recommend that you do so. Mailed In Orders We welcome mailed in orders for those customers who prefer to send a personal check, money order or their credit card information through the US Mail. You can simply print out the order page before going all the way through the process(be sure to enter your zip code and press the recalculate button to ensure the proper shipping charges and taxes are applied) and mail it to our office address: Hidden Springs Flower Farm 813 Elm St. Anoka, MN 55303-2823. Please help us keep our book keeping in order and send any orders that contain sale items within 3 days of the end of the sale. Your order will be processed by hand and confirmed once your check clears the bank. We prefer to have an e-mail address and daytime phone to contact you so please include it so that we can confirm your order and let you know when your package has shipped. This is especially true for mailed in orders and if you do not have an e-mail please provide a daytime phone where we can reach you. Your plants are reserved once the check clears the bank and you can relax and dream in anticipation of the roots that will arrive in mid-September.

LAST DATE TO ORDER IS August 15. We want to get your orders to you as early as possible in the fall planting season to allow the longest rooting period possible. In order to do this we ask you to have orders in by August 15th. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive if you are mailing it in and allow time for processing your order.
