Claire de Lune SOLD OUT  (White 1954)
Exquisite, cupped, fragrant, single pale yellow flower is a collectors item. A cross of the yellow flowered peony species mlokosewitschii and Mons. Jules Elie, the only fertile seed from over 4,000 pollinations. Very early. 28" Rare. Wonderfully fragrant. Very early blooming on 28 - 32” stems. Carpels pale pink and hairy with pink tips. Filament is yellow in color, and the anthers orange. Has produced some seedlings. Stems are thin but very stiff.

Cloud Cap SOLD OUT  (Bigger 1979)
Cloud Cap is a double blush with a full rose type shape. Sometimes described as a light pink to white medium size flower that is neatly formed. 24-30" stems. Plant in full sun.

Color Magnet SOLD OUT  (Hollingsworth 1994)
This single hybrid has bright red-violet cup shaped pink blooms. 44” tall with strong stems that hold the large flowers close to the bush. Dark green foliage. Some of the seedlings from this variety have had extremely attractive variegated foliage. Hybridizers may wish to work this trait into thier breeding program for an peony with season loong interest.

Comanche SOLD OUT  (Bigger 1957)
Some flowers have a brilluant color and this one is one of those varieties. Fragrant, vivid magenta guard petals and amber staminodes make this an outstanding Japanese lactiflora. Healthy dark green leaves on a vigorous plant make it a great choice for season long good loks in the garden. Midseason bloom on 36" tall stems. Plant in full sun.

Coral Charm SOLD OUT  (Wissing 1964)
Warm tropical coral tones with a cupped old fashion rose shaped bloom are awesome in the spring garden. Very vigorous hybrid, semi-double, early, 36". APS Gold Medal winner. Lovely cupped shape, semi-double blooms of coral peach coloring. Strong stems and wonderful flower color make this a fine garden plant. Plant in full sun in a well drained soil.

Coral Fay SOLD OUT  (Fay 1973)
Fragrant, radiant pink with coral overtones, semi-double, very early blooming, fern-like foliage from it's parent Laddie which was crossed with itself. Laddie is a cross of the fernleaf peony and the famous P. peregrina. Very floriferous on strong 30" stems. Plant in full sun in well drained soil.

Coral N Gold is a large flowered hybrid with a rose-coral cup shaped single with a gold center. This early blooming hybrid has fragrant blooms held on strong 36" stems. The double row of guard petals give it a full shape. Plant in full in a well drained soil.

Coralie SOLD OUT  (Saunders 1940)
A rare Saunders hybrid with glowing coral pink color on a single crinkled bloom. This is a "lobata of Perry" hybrid that carries genes for the fantastic bright coral colors that were unknown in the Chinese peonies that form the backbone of most garden peonies. Earlier blooming it is an outstanding addition to the border. It has large pointed buds that make it easy to pick out in the field as the flower approaches bloom season. Plant in full sun in a well drained soil.

Courage is a semi-double to double white with pink dots that makes it appear frosted all over. It blooms midseason on 36" tall stems. A very interesting and delicate looking flower for those who are paying close attention and know their flowers like friends. Plant in full sun. Our suppy is quite limited this season.
