Lotus Queen (Murawska 1947)
This peony variety looks like a giant quilled chrysanthemum. It's intricate flower parts make it distinct and unusual enough to be considered one of the fine collectable varieties of this form of peonies. Japanese cup shape pure white guards surround fine narrow yellow center petals that are rolled into tubes for half of their length ending in frilly tips. Lightly fragrant its 36” long stems are a perfect length for cutting. Dark green foliage. Plant in full sun.

Love Affair NEW for 2010! (Hollingsworth 2005)
Love Affair is one of the rare white flowered Itoh Group hybrids developed by Don Hollingsworth. Exhibiting the wonderful vigor of this group of peonies. The bloom has a lovely cup shaped semi-double form and blooms from midseason to late midseason. Dark green foliage on a compact 30” plant that grows slightly wider than tall at maturity. Parentage is reported to be Gertrude Allen crossed with the tree peony Alice Harding. Very Limited Supply! Not tissue cultured plants.
