Mandaleen  (Lins 1942) If fragrance is important to you Mandaleen has a very sweet rose fragrance. It has a very large double light pink bloom which holds it's color and is sun fast, great cut flower. Mr. Lins had very high standards for his peony introductions. Marcella  (Lins 1952) This high built medium size double white peony from Mr. Lins is a very fine flower. We want to make sure these special varieites end up in many gardens to make sure they are not lost to the gardening world. Marcella is a midseason bloomer with good dark green foliage. Marie Jacquin  (Verdier) Highly fratgrant, semi-double to double with pale pink petals that fade to white. The flowers have the cupped shape of a giant water-lily with large guard petals forming a cup for the water-lily like center petals. Side blooms make this multiflora incredibly beautiful in the garden. Midseason. Also known as Waterlily and Bridesmaid. Martha Bulloch  (Brand 1907) Introduced over 100 years ago by the Brands this beatiful peony of bright old rose pink is still attracting attention of gardeners. Martin H. Moen  (Tischler 2003) Martin H.Moen was one of the last peonies registered by Bob Tischler. This bright red double with loosely packed petals has a 5 -6" bloom, strong 30" stems with excellent foliage. Mid-season bloom. This newer introduction from Bob Tischler had very few plants in the field when first registered and distribution has been very limited. Mary Brand  (Brand 1907) Happy 100th Birthday to Mary Brand peony! This dark, clear claret-red rose type double with a brilliant sheen is still turning heads after 100 years. Blooms midseason and makes a great garden display. Exceptional keeping quality as a cut flower. Only 28" tall with good dark green foliage. Mary L.  (Lins 1955) Mary L. is a large high built double white which may show some red in the center of the blooms. The flower form improves as the flower becomes established and should not be judged on immature blooms. Plant in full sun. $26.99 [Add to Cart]

Matilda Lewis  (Saunders 1921) Another of the rare lactiflora introductions of Dr. Saunders it will produce some pollen and seeds even though it is a nicely formed double. Large deep dark maroon red, stiff stems, and dark foliage. The only drawback is that the blooms are so dark that they may become overheated in full sun so this is one of the few peony blooms that will appreciate a bit of shade during the hottest part of the day. $24.99 [Add to Cart]

Maxcine Wolfe  (Tischler 1969) Exotic contrasting bloom like White Cap excites those seeing it for the very first time. Maxcine Wolfe is a rose pink Japanese with a very nice contrasting center, tall strong stems, heavy foliage, midseason. May Music  (Saunders/Reath 1973) Large, single buff apricot hybrid with crimson flares that quickly fade as the flower matures. The flares being most distinctive in cool flowering seasons.
